With 1/4 front beef, you must choose steaks or roast only NOT BOTH. On 1/2 or whole beef, we will cut your roast first and then do the remainder in steaks.
Whole beef: any options given in equal portions unless noted otherwise.
1/2 beef: only TWO options in equal portions, unless noted otherwise (ex: 1/2 + 1/2)
1/4 and Hind beef: only ONE option
Front beef: no option
Ground beef will be packaged according to your selected pound choice.
